I've been saying this aloud to myself and I take back the crack about 
the last line. There's definitely a nice rhythm throughout. Nice one 
Daniel. I think was just looking for an excuse to drop in the limerick.

Thank you for choosing pain, Adam. It becomes you. You've inspired me to 
try and find the reference, and although I did not, I did read more 
Sappho than I ever have before, and it's all very fine. I found a few 
that seemed related. Her much translated poem of jealousy seemed like a 
candidate:
